My Angel and Black & White cards

Here are two cards I made for a swap over on splitcoaststampers (love the site, especially the tutorials).

The first card is a breast cancer awareness angel. This was a digital stamp I brought which the proceeds go to support research.



I used Spectrum Noir markers to color the image in. I also used CTMh smoothie ink pad to ink the edges and a spellbinder to cut the shape out. Cuttlebug divine swirls was used to emboss the first layer.


My next card is a black and white card I made. I used a flower punch, recollections brads, black and white ribbon, edge cutters to make the wavy pattern, and liquid pearls.

Three years later

So I was going through my blog and looking at all my posts (not many) and came across my very first post. It was a paper bag album that I made for a swap. This was my very first time ever making one. I think I will try my hand at another one. Check out the post.

Hmmm Life I love it

It's late and tomorrow is the last day of work before spring break. I have been swamped in homework but it will feel good to take a break for a week. Sleeping in sounds nice too. I know my son will be happy to spend more time with me. Good Night all.....

OMG it's been a long time
