Sooo good morning. My day started out normal. Got me and khalil ready for school. Walked to my car and noticed trash next to it. I was thinking eww someone cleaned their car out next to mine. Walking closer its all the things that SHOULD be in my bookbag. I looked at my car and was like I must have left the door unlocked and all they wanted was my bookbag. I didnt see it at first. Then I looked at khalil and he was playing with glass. The small back window was broken. Looking at my car again I noticed that my bookbag was there and ALL my stuff thrown about even the glove box. So I called 911 to file a report then took him inside. After my friend came to get him I was talking to the deputy and looked at my car again and this is what I saw.
So I am not happy. But not upset. They took the lauryn hill CD with it. I have a car just the same. The only thing is that my heat and air controls was taken as well. My only conclusion is that they needed the whole thing for a car similar to mine. I might have to replace the whole dash because of how they took it out. I am not sure if i can get another in there and it stay. But on the bright side. I am living i have a car and my son is safe. I just have to find money to replace my window. But for now its okay. Its not cold outside not really. Have you seen my radio?
i'm so sorry this happened Keisha. i am glad you and your son weren't in the car when they decided to take it. hoping you can get your car fixed with as little cost involved as possible
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear this. It must be in the air because I know of a couple of other people who have had their cars broken into/stolen.
ReplyDeleteYou know, as bad as it could have been, I'm happy that you are seeing the positive in this situation. I am glad that you weren't there when they were vandalizing your vehicle, things may have gotten worse, especially if you tried to protect those things that are yours. May God continue to protect you and your son. I pray that His richest blessings would overtake you and you would walk in the fullness of His joy. Be blessed my sister.
